Exeter assistant coach Steve Salvin who according to ‘a well-placed source’ was not happy with Cleall speaking to the referee and after making a comment the England player approached him and proceeded to give him a “soft headbutt”.
Saracens scrum coach and former Argentina prop Juan Figallo, who was near the incident, then got involved by shoving Salvin into the wall.
The RFU confirmed in a statement that it was being investigated and that if a charge was to be brought forward there would be further updates provided.
“We are investigating reports of an alleged incident. Should a charge be brought, we will provide an update,” read the statement.

There could be more to the situation as Cleall took to Twitter to underline that she is not done with the incident.
“I will be taking this matter further, don’t worry. Very very very often you get behaviour like today. Will hear about it soon,” Cleall wrote.
Saracens would go on to relinquish their 14-0 half-time lead to a stunning comeback from Exeter who marched into the final.
The side will face Gloucester-Hartpury on June 24 at Kingsholm Stadium for the Premier 15s title decider. Neither side has won the title before guaranteeing a first-time winner this season.
