WATCH: Former UFC Fighter Matt Riddle Makes His WWE NXT Debut

Former UFC fighter turned indie wrestling darling Matt Riddle made his highly anticipated televised debut in a WWE ring this Wednesday night on NXT.

The former EVOLVE, WWN and PROGRESS Atlas Champion picked up a relatively quick but competitive victory over Luke Menzies, who has been working the Florida live event circuit for some time now. Riddle showed off an impressive array of strikes and kicks, before putting his opponent to sleep with his patented “Bromission”.
