Official | Pascal Dupraz leaves Saint-Étienne

Saint-Étienne have this afternoon announced the departure of manager Pascal Dupraz, as his 6-month contract comes to an end.

The former Toulouse and Évian coach leaves after the club’s relegation, having lost the play-off against Auxerre on Sunday. Having taken over the club midway through the season in 20th place, Dupraz oversaw a slight improvement to guide the club to 18th place.

RMC Sport have reported that former Troyes manager and ex-Les Verts midfielder Laurent Batlles is the favourite to succeed Dupraz. Physio Baptiste Hamid also leaves the club.
