WATCH: ‘Poetry in motion’ – Sonny Bill Williams reacts to Wales U20s star’s offload
All Blacks great Sonny Bill Williams praised Wales U20s for their offloading skills against Ireland in the U20 Six Nations on Friday.
In an enthralling match filled with stellar scores, Ireland ran out 44-27 victors over Wales in a 10-try thriller.
Respect from the Offload King
Despite the defeat, it was a memorable night for Wales centre Louie Hennessey who had Williams react to his piece of brilliance in the build-up to Llien Morgan’s try.
Hennessey ran a sharp line before riding the tackle of Ireland centre Hugh Cooney and then producing a stunning offload to full-back Cameron Winnett, who replicated the trick in an offload to fly-half Dan Edwards. The pivot got the ball away to Morgan, who finished the score in the corner.

Six Nations prediction
Meanwhile, Williams has also weighed in on the Six Nations, making his predictions for the tournament.
The former centre predicts that Ireland will complete the Grand Slam, building on their performances in November. He also noted Ireland’s fixture list, which includes home Tests against England and France.
“I am going 🇮🇪 for the Grand Slam… Momentum from the summer wins against the ABs and an easier draw with home tests against (England) and(France)….Just in time to peak before the World Cup.”
“And don’t @ me saying I’m a turn coat, @AllBlacks still my team.”
