Lorient looking at Regis Gurtner as Steve Mandanda alternative
L’Équipe report that FC Lorient are desperately seeking a goalkeeper signing before the end of the January window.
An initial approach for Steve Mandanda does not appear to have succeeded, thus FCL are now looking at Amiens’s 35-year-old shot-stopper Régis Gurtner.
The FC Lorient board has not been impressed with the performances of current #1 shot-stopper Paul Nardi this season.
At the moment, Amiens do not want to sell Gurtner, who is under contract until June 2023.
