TROYES – 2 (Rami 38, Dingomé 40)

Gauthier Gallon, 8 – Quietly solid this season so far, Gallon made three key saves to preserve Troyes’ point. An early leaping stop from Laborde and another from Bourigeaud were topped by an superb close range save in injury time from Terrier who looked certain to win it.

Yoann Salmier, 5

Giulian Biancone, 5

Issa Kaboré, 6

Rominigue Kouamé, 6

Xavier Chavalerin, 5

Tristan Dingomé, 7 – It was his corner that assisted Rami’s headed first before a sharp turn in the area and snap shot slipped under Gomis for 2-1.

Mama Baldé, 6 – Should have done better with a major first half opening, just Gomis to beat, but his pace and power were again productive in carrying his side forward and was often a handful.

Renaud Ripart, 5

Others: Chadli 5, Domingues 5, Suk 5, Kone 5.

RENNES – 2 (Aguerd 9, Terrier 81)

Alfred Gomis, 4 – Probably should have done better with the second Troyes strike having got a hand to Dingomé’s effort.

Hamari Traoré, 5

Warmed Omari, 6

Nayef Aguerd, 5 – Powered home a majestic header for the opener but was worrying shaky defensively at times and was lucky not to be punished by Ripart, who should score, and Suk who both too easily outmuscled him.

Birger Meling, 4

Baptiste Santamaria, 4

Flavien Tait, 6

Benjamin Bourigeaud, 6

Kamaldeen Sulemana, 6

Gaëtan Laborde, 5

Martin Terrier, 5 – A very up and down day. Some of his movement and interplay around the box was difficult for Troyes to handle and he reacted well to smash home an equaliser. However, he missed two huge chances for what would have been the winner, only Gallon to beat on both occasions – missing his shot from a low cross and closed down quickly by Gallon in injury time.

Others: Truffert 5, Majer 6, Guirassy 6.
