Marseille President Eyraud met with Crystal Palace this weekend for Steve Mandanda

Olympique de Marseille President Jacques-Henri Eyraud was in London at the weekend to meet with Premier League side Crystal Palace, according to RMC.

The meeting itself felt quite fruitless from both sides with Crystal Palace maintaining their €5m fee demand and OM sticking to their desire to pay no more than €1.5m for the man they sold for that exact amount last summer.

Marseille are confident because the French international has not been the starting goalkeeper this season with Palace and Steve Mandanda has already reached an agreement with OM to come back, even more than that, he has already agreed upon the contours of a contract.
