16 Members Of A Family In Bihar Attacked With Acid For Objecting To Eve-Teasing

In a shocking incident, 16 members of a family were attacked with acid over an alleged act of eve-teasing.

The incident which happened in Daudpur village in Bihar’s Vaishali district on Wednesday has left at least eight members of the extended family of Nand Kishore seriously injured.

According to police two families in the same villages had some attraction over an eve-teasing incident.

Family members of Nand Kishore Bhagat had a tiff with some people on Tuesday, IANS, quoting Vaishali Deputy Superintendent of Police Raghav Dyal reported. “Members from both the groups came to blows. Somehow peace was restored.”
