Students In Delhi Govt Schools Have More Nutritious Food Than Students In Private Schools

Smashing the popular notion of private school being better than government ones, a report has revealed that students in the government school in Delhi have better access to the nutritious food than students in private schools. This finding has come from the Indian Council of Research on International Economic Relations (ICRIER) which compiled a report with titled, “Survey of Fruits, Vegetables and Juice intake of School Children”.

The nutritionists and dieticians found that students in government schools consumed around 250 grams of vegetables a day whose those in private school consumed only 210 grams.
