'WWE Untold: Sting's Last Stand' To Premiere On WWE Network This Friday, November 22

Next weekend is going to be a rather large one for the WWE Network, as yet another special has been announced to premiere during WWE Survivor Series 2019 Weekend.

A new installment of the original series, “WWE Untold” will debut on the WWE Network this coming Friday, November 22nd.

The WWE Survivor Series 2019 Weekend includes the NXT TakeOver: WarGames 2019 live special on Saturday, the WWE pay-per-view on Sunday and the debut episode of WWE Hall Of Famer “Stone Cold” Steve Austin’s new podcast, “Broken Skull Sessions” featuring special guest The Undertaker on Sunday.

Joining the lineup of new, first-run programming on WWE’s digital subscription service this coming weekend is a new “WWE Untold” episode focusing on the end of pro wrestling icon Sting’s run in WWE.

The episode will be the second to focus soley on “The Icon” Sting, as the inaugural episode of the series featured the “never-before-told true story of Sting’s historic debut in WWE.

It will mark the ninth overall episode in the ongoing original series.

The official synopsis for the new “WWE Untold” episode, which premieres on the WWE Network on 11/22, reads as follows:

WWE Untold – Sting’s Last Stand
For the first time in his legendary 30-year career, Sting challenged for the WWE Championship. “The Vigilante”, Seth Rollins and more reveal the never-before-told stories behind what became The Stinger’s final match.

Additionally, WWE Network News added the following details on the new episode:

“This new episode of the popular WWE Network series will obviously be covering Sting, and more specifically, his last match with Seth Rollins when he challenged for the WWE Championship. This match saw Sting get injured, and it would be his final event before retiring while being inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame. The latest upload will be the ninth edition of WWE Untold and the second to focus on Sting specifically. This special looks to be arriving on WWE Network on Friday, November 22nd, ahead of the major Survivor Series and NXT Takeover: WarGames 2019 weekend.”
