WWE Issues Statement Regarding Potential Riots In Survivor Series Host City

After being asked whether or not there are plans in place regarding the threat of riots in St. Louis, which is where Sunday’s WWE Survivor Series will be taking place, WWE has issued a statement.

The riot threats stem from the announcement of the grand jury’s ruling on whether or not police officer Darren Wilson broke the law when he shot and killed Michael Brown.

Below is a statement WWE issued regarding the situation.

“As always, WWE is working closely with the venue to ensure the safety of our fans and performers, and they will keep us abreast of any developments.”
