Tully Blanchard-Konnan interview, new match added to AEW Dynamite

AEW’s Tony Khan announced on Busted Open Radio Friday that both a new match and a confrontation between legends has been added to Saturday’s Dynamite.

The match will see Ethan Page taking on Bear Bronson. Page, frequent partner of Scorpio Sky as of late, will be looking to remain undefeated at 7-0 in singles action since debuting in March. Since going the singles route after partner Bear Boulder was injured, Bronson is 0-6.

Additionally, The Pinnacle’s Tully Blanchard will go face-to-face with Konnan during an in-ring interview.

The Mexican star made a cameo as a DJ during Stadium Stampede II at last month’s Double or Nothing as FTR and Santana & Ortiz were brawling. He also appeared during the Inner Circle’s visit to Las Vegas last November when MJF and Wardlow were still part of the faction. The segment will be part of the build to the eventual first-ever clash between the two teams.
