Backstage News On CM Punk’s Appearance At An Indie Show This Weekend

It has been confirmed in a report by WrestlingInc.com that the masked wrestler was indeed CM Punk, with new details emerging about his appearance.

A masked wrestler appeared at a MKE Wrestling’s The Last Knight event this past Friday, making a run in to help Ace Steele defeat Daryck St Holmes by hitting a GTS.

He entered the ring whilst the referee was down and then left out of the door, not to be seen again, but it has been confirmed that the man under the mask was indeed the former WWE Champion.

At one point it was originally planned for Punk to take off the mask and reveal himself, but obviously, that plan changed. Punk was waiting outside the venue in his car before his appearance and left as soon as it had happened.
