Why Will Ospreay Changed The Name Of His “Cheeky Nandos Kick,” Jeff Jarrett Heading To ICW, Davey Boy Smith On WOS
Yesterday during World Of Sport’s official return to television, there was a slight change to one of the main moves of Will Ospreay.
Ospeay’s “Cheeky Nandos Kick” had to be renamed on commentary by Alex Shane due to copyright issues with Nandos as the show was aired on television. Shane stated on Twitter that he agreed with what to call the move from Ospreay himself, adding that they know it is terrible and they love that.
The move was renamed the “Cheeky Fernandos Kick” which is a nod to another ITV show called Take Me Out, which sends couples to the Isle of “Fernando.”
Ahead of #WOS today at 5pm I feel I should give a commentary warning. @WillOspreay and I had to come up with a way to get around NOT being able to call his move “The Cheeky Nandos Kick”, as it normally is. What we’ve got for you is spectacularly bad and we love it. Enjoy! 😎🥂🏆
