WWE Testing Face Turn For Smackdown Heel?

As noted, the October 30th WWE Smackdown Live event emanated from Raleigh, North Carolina, and the crowd notes indicted an unusual reaction for one particular match.

At the event, Rusev faced Tye Dillinger, and during the bout Rusev played the clear babyface and Dillinger played the heel. The crowd was said to be very into the different roles for both WWE stars, with Rusev receiving a huge babyface pop from Raleigh. While not confirmed, WWE could be testing both stars out in new roles, with Rusev evolving into a babyface.

As noted, Rusev’s planned Smackdown match against AJ Styles next week has been scrapped in favor of Styles vs Jinder Mahal for the WWE Title.

WWE Teases Possible Brock Lesnar vs Finn Balor Match

WWE Raw star Finn Balor, who has been hinting at a possible match against Brock Lesnar in the near future, appeared on Sky Sports News today to hype the current WWE UK tour.

During the appearance, a Twitter user noted that Balor seemed to sneak in a Brock Lesnar match challenge, which WWE picked up on and even re-tweeted:
