Official | Barcelona to sign Jean-Clair Todibo from Toulouse for free

Catalan giants FC Barcelona have announced the signing of French defensive player and teenager Jean-Clair Todibo on a free transfer, in a move that will come into effect on the 1st July 2019.

Todibo has started just 10 matches for the TFC first team and was banished following his decision to rejected a professional contract from Les Violets.

Todibo has the capacity to play as a central defender or as a #6, the latter position was where he spent most of his time during youth team football.

Toulouse will receive nothing in this deal apart from the FIFA-required solidarity payments, which are unlikely to reach more than €700k.
