Marseille continue talks for Morgan Sanson; Watford have entered the race

Montpellier and Marseille are continuing to negotiate a deal for French central midfielder Morgan Sanson, after the latter outfit made an offer worth €8m at the beginning of the week.

According to La Provence, although Bournemouth and AS Roma are interested in the player, it is Premier League outfit Watford that are making a late play for Sanson’s services.

No deal will be agreed with any part before next week, with Montpellier counting on Sanson for their upcoming weekend fixture with Dijon.
